Today, the spotlight is on George's journey at CD Recruitment. George’s career stands out due to his determination, hard work, and growth, he is a real example of what’s possible when you embrace challenges and most importantly - remain consistent!

George’s career began in the Army before joining CD Recruitment with no prior sales or office experience. Starting at the bottom as an SDR in the Construction Team, George quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a top biller.
Recognising his talent, Daniel Sales and Ross Murray internally promoted him to join the founding Software Sales team at our Epsom office.
From there, George progressed all the way to Sales Director - his current role. Along the way, he has hit 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 President's Club since 2018 and has achieved it within just five months this year.
